For store orders, we offer a 30-day window from the time of delivery to request a size exchange on apparel items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If you need to exchange the size of an item, simply contact our support team within this 30-day period to initiate the process.
Once your request for a size exchange is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, making the return process as convenient as possible. You will have 3 business days from the receipt of the shipping label to send the item back to us. It's important to adhere to this timeline to avoid delays in processing your exchange.
The returned item must be received by Gemnote before the new apparel item is shipped to you. This ensures that the item meets our return criteria and allows us to process the exchange efficiently. Once we confirm that the original item is in acceptable condition, your replacement item will be prepared and dispatched to your address. Keep in mind that depending on your location and shipping times, the exchange process may take a few business days from the time we receive your return until the new item reaches you.
