Orders must be reviewed and reported by the client within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for makegood or refund.

- detailed photos of damaged units
Please note:
If full order (or more than 50% of order) has misprint/damage, the items should not be distributed.
If less than 50% has misprint/damage, units should be photographed to be eligible for replacements or refund.
