Recipient Information Submission: Key to Timely Fulfillment
To guarantee timely and efficient fulfillment of your order, Gemnote provides a recipient template at the time of order. This template must be filled out accurately and submitted at least two weeks prior to the scheduled fulfillment date.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Filling Out the Template:
- Download the .csv Template: Open the template in any spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Fill in All Required Fields: Ensure that recipient names, addresses, item selections, and sizes (if applicable) are filled in accurately.
- Accurate Sizes: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the sizes in the recipient template match the sizes in the order. If the sizes do not match, the client will be responsible for purchasing additional items. This will require a new order and will be subject to a 2-3 week lead time.
- Check for Formatting Errors: Ensure addresses are complete, and item selections and sizes match the available options. Avoid extra spaces, special characters, or missing data.
- Save the Template in .csv Format: Confirm that the file is saved in .csv format for compatibility.
- Submit by the Deadline: Upload and send the completed template to Gemnote at least two weeks before the fulfillment date.
Avoiding Common Errors:
- Incomplete Addresses: Ensure addresses include all necessary details (e.g., ZIP codes, apartment numbers, and country codes).
- Mismatched Sizes: Double-check that all sizes are accurate to avoid delays and additional charges.
- Incorrect File Format: Ensure the file is submitted in .csv format to avoid processing issues.
Missed Deadlines or Revisions:
- Rescheduled Fulfillment: If the template is not submitted on time or requires revisions, fulfillment will be rescheduled to the next available date.
- No Liability for Delays: Gemnote is not responsible for delays due to missed deadlines or incorrect submissions.
By following these instructions, you can ensure that your gifts are processed and fulfilled on time, without any unnecessary delays.
