No. If your account is suspended because a Net 30 invoice is past due, you will not be able to send gifts or access platform services until the outstanding invoice is paid.
Net 30 means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Once the past-due invoice is paid and your account is back in good standing, access to platform features and services can be restored.
