Request Initiation: If you need to exchange/return an apparel item, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Review and Approval: Our support team will review your exchange request. If approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item.

Return the Item: Use the prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. You must return the item within 3 business days from the receipt of the shipping label to avoid delays.

Receive and Inspect Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition).

Ship Replacement Item: After confirming the returned item’s condition, we will prepare and ship the replacement item to your address. Note that the exchange process may take a few business days from the time we receive your return until the new item reaches you, depending on your location and shipping times.
