To cancel an order, please contact your account manager as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Your account manager can assist with this process and can cancel the order for you, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
If you reach out before the order is processed and dispatched, your account manager can promptly handle the cancellation request, ensuring that the order is stopped in its tracks and any necessary adjustments are made.
However, once an order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it. At this stage, the order is already in transit, and we cannot intercept or halt the delivery process.
