If you've received a message that you've exceeded your inventory limit, you have a couple of options to manage the situation effectively.
- Wait until the start of your next billing cycle when your inventory limit will reset
- Opt to add additional sends to your platform to accommodate your current needs. Extra sends are priced at $10 per unit and need to be added by your CSM. This allows you to handle your inventory and fulfill your needs without interruption.
Please reach out to your CSM if you need to add more sends within the current billing cycle and reactivate the store.
