Gemnote does currently not have inventory notifications. However, our CSM team is always monitoring platform accounts and will proactively reach out if inventory levels fall below a predefined threshold. We'll provide a detailed update on your current stock, items that have low inventory, and recommendations for restock based on historical sends.
Once you decide on which items to reorder, your CSM will send you an estimate of new inventory to bring your stock back to an optimal level. This estimate will include details such as quantity, per unit cost, item details and decoration.
Once the estimate is prepared, your CSM will send it to you for review and approval. This ensures that you have the opportunity to confirm and make any necessary adjustments based on your current needs or budget considerations.
Upon receiving your approval, your CSM will proceed with ordering products. Standard production timeline for restocks are 10-14 business days (or 2-3 weeks). They will ensure new inventory is added to your stock and will notify you and the team once the items have been added to your platform.
