If you need a copy of the commercial invoice, contact Gemnote Support with the shipment details.
Please include:
- Order number
- Tracking number, if available
- Recipient name
- Destination country
- Any carrier or customs notice you received
If you already submitted a request or emailed us, no new request is needed. Our team will review the details provided and follow up with the available commercial invoice or ask for any missing information.
