Do I need an account to order?

Whether you need an account depends on how you're ordering with Gemnote.

Buying on Marketplace: No account required — Marketplace supports guest checkout, so you can place an order without signing up.

Ordering custom or branded merch: No account needed. You work directly with a Gemnote coordinator by email — from proposal to delivery.

Using your company's Swag Store: You don't create your own account. If your company set one up, you'll get access through an invite or a redemption link. See Signing in to your Swag Store for the details.
