How long does my merch order refund take?

Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, we send the refund details to our client's team to process. It typically takes 10–15 business days to show up on your card after that.

If your returned item arrives worn, used, or missing its original tags and packaging, we won't be able to issue a refund.
