Gemnote collaborates with clients in various ways to address their unique swag needs, offering four distinct types of orders. Each method is designed to provide flexibility and efficiency, ensuring that your promotional items reach the intended recipients seamlessly.
1. Direct Shipments
- Overview: With direct shipments, Gemnote produces the items in partnership with our vendors and ships them directly to a single address of your choice. This is an ideal solution for scenarios where you need to distribute swag at a specific location, such as your office or an event.
- Invoicing: You will be invoiced for the cost of goods, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, allowing for a straightforward billing process.
2. Bulk Shipments
- Overview: For bulk shipments, Gemnote manages the entire production process with our vendors, shipping the items to our warehouse first for kitting. From there, we can distribute the swag either to one location or multiple locations as needed. This method is particularly useful for larger events or campaigns requiring substantial quantities.
- Invoicing: You will receive an invoice that includes the cost of goods, fulfillment services, shipping charges, and taxes, providing a comprehensive overview of your expenses.
3. Drop Shipping
- Overview: Drop shipping is a flexible option where Gemnote produces the items with our vendors, ships them to our warehouse for kitting, and then directly drop ships them to individual recipients. This method is excellent for personalized outreach, such as sending gifts or promotional items directly to clients or employees.
- Invoicing: Similar to bulk shipments, you will be invoiced for the cost of goods, fulfillment, shipping, and taxes, ensuring clarity in your financial commitments.
4. Swag Store
- Overview: The swag store option offers a user-friendly solution where we produce and warehouse the items, allowing you to place orders seamlessly through our dedicated software platform. This is particularly beneficial for ongoing needs such as employee onboarding, anniversaries, and customer appreciation initiatives.
- Invoicing: You will be invoiced for the cost of goods, shipping, taxes, and a store setup fee, along with our monthly service fee. Our plans are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time based on your needs.
