Order Timeline Overview
For standard customization methods, such as screen print and embroidery, the order timeline is typically around 3 to 4 weeks. This timeframe encompasses several critical stages:
-
Virtual Proofs: Once your design is submitted, our team will create virtual proofs for your review. This step ensures that the final product aligns with your expectations and allows for any necessary adjustments before moving forward.
-
Full Production: After you approve the virtual proofs, we enter the full production phase. This involves printing, stitching, or decorating the items according to your specifications.
-
Delivery: Finally, once production is complete, the items will be shipped to your designated location, ensuring they arrive on time for your intended use.
Longer Lead Time Scenarios
In some cases, certain customizations may require additional time. Here are the typical lead times for these scenarios:
-
Non-Standard Customization (e.g., tags, patches): For products that involve non-standard customization techniques, such as specialty tags or patches, the production timeline typically extends to 4 to 6 weeks. This timeframe begins from the moment you give final approval on the designs.
-
Fully Custom Items: When it comes to fully custom items, the lead time is generally around 3 to 4 months. This extended period includes several stages:
- Design/Engineering: Create blank sample to ensure product meets specifications based on tech pack provided.
- Sampling: Create printed samples which include customization/artwork provided.
- Production: Full-scale production of the items once the samples are approved.
- Shipping (Ocean Freight): Shipping the finished products, which may involve longer transit times depending on the origin and destination.
It's important to note that most vendors require a minimum order quantity of 1000+ units for custom cut and sew items, which can also affect lead times.
