You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the Billing section of your swag store.
How plan changes work
Plan changes may take effect differently depending on the type of change:
- Upgrades usually take effect immediately.
- Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you downgrade your plan, make sure your inventory is within the warehousing limit for the new plan.
If your inventory is above the limit for the new plan, platform access may be temporarily paused until inventory levels are adjusted.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Log in to your Gemnote swag store.
- Go to the Billing section.
- Review your current subscription plan.
- Select the plan you want to switch to.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the plan change.
