You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan according to your needs. When you choose to upgrade your plan, the changes will take effect immediately, allowing you to start benefiting from the enhanced features and capabilities without delay. This is ideal if you need additional resources or services right away.
On the other hand, if you decide to downgrade your plan, the new plan will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of your existing plan until the cycle concludes, after which your access will transition to the lower-tier plan.
It’s important to ensure that your inventory aligns with the warehousing thresholds associated with your chosen plan. If you have more inventory than the limit specified for your new plan, access to the platform will be temporarily paused until your inventory levels are adjusted to meet the required limits.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, please follow these steps:

Access Billing Information: Go to the “Billing” tab on the left side of your swag store platform. Here, you can view your current subscription plan.

Choose Your New Plan: Select the plan you’d like to switch to. (Upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrades will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle).
