How am I billed for shipping costs?
You’ll be charged based on the shipments sent through the Gemnote platform during the billing cycle. This means your shipping charges are based on what was actually shipped out.
What is included in shipping billing?
Your monthly shipping charges may include:
- Standard shipping costs
- Carrier charges
- Applicable customs fees for international shipments
- Any other shipment-related fees incurred during the billing cycle
What about international shipments?
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and may be included in your monthly bill if they are charged back to Gemnote.
