What types of samples can I order with Gemnote?

Gemnote offers two common types of samples: blank samples and pre-production samples.

Samples can help you review product quality, fit, materials, decoration, and overall presentation before moving forward with a full order.

Blank samples

Blank samples are products without decoration or branding.

They are helpful if you want to review the product’s:

• Quality
• Material
• Size or fit
• Color
• Overall look and feel

Blank samples are available for purchase. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.

Blank samples typically take about 1 week to receive, depending on product availability, processing time, and shipping method.

Pre-production samples

Pre-production samples are decorated samples made before the full order is produced.

They are helpful if you want to review:

• Logo placement
• Decoration method, such as print or embroidery
• Tags, labels, or other custom details
• Product fit, form, or function
• Overall production quality

Pre-production samples are available for purchase and typically take 2 to 3+ weeks to receive.

Pre-production samples may be required for certain items, especially fully custom or cut-and-sew products. Your Gemnote team can confirm whether one is required for your project.
