Can I rush my custom merchandise order?
Yes. Rush production may be available for select custom and branded merchandise projects when you need a faster timeline than our standard turnaround.
Rush requests are reviewed case by case and depend on:
- Product availability
- Vendor capacity
- Production requirements
- Proof approval
- Requested in-hand date
Rush production is not guaranteed until our team and vendors confirm that the requested timeline is feasible.
Rush production fee
The rush production fee starts at $250.
Additional fees may also apply, including supplier rush fees, expedited shipping, special handling, or other costs based on the product, quantity, and requested timeline.
What is the standard timeline?
Custom and branded merchandise projects typically take 4–6 weeks from when you first get in touch. This includes design and proofing, 2–3 weeks of production after proof approval, and around 1 week for domestic shipping.
How do I request a rush?
Reply in this chat with your requested in-hand date and project or order details, and mention that you need a rush timeline.
Your Gemnote Account Manager will review the request and confirm whether the timeline can be accommodated and what fees apply.
Important: Rush production applies to custom and branded merchandise projects. Rush fulfillment is different and applies only to eligible Swag Store orders.
