If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or incomplete, please contact Gemnote Support within 48 hours of delivery so our team can review the issue.
If you already submitted a request, please reply to the confirmation email with any missing details or photos.
What to include in your request
Please include:
- Order number, if available
- Company name
- Number of damaged or affected units
- Clear photos of each damaged or misprinted item
- Clear photos of the shipping box
- Clear photos of the packing materials
- A short description of the issue
Important note before distributing items
If the full order, or more than 50% of the order, appears damaged or misprinted, please do not distribute the items until our team has reviewed the issue.
If less than 50% of the order is affected, please take clear photos of the affected units so our team can review them for possible next steps.
Gemnote will review the details provided and follow up with the available resolution.
