Yes. Gemnote can partner with specialized vendors and manufacturers to create fully custom products.
Fully custom items typically require longer lead times, often around 3–4 months, and may have higher minimum order quantities depending on the product.
What information should I provide?
If available, provide a tech pack to help the team review your project. It may include:
- Vector artwork, such as
.aior.epsfiles - Product dimensions or size guides
- Fabric, material, or color specifications
- Reference images or product examples
- Special packaging or customization requirements
Don't have a tech pack? You can still share product links, photos, or notes that show what you want to create.
Once your project details are reviewed, your Gemnote team can confirm available options, minimum quantities, pricing, and timeline.
