Fulfillment dates are scheduled based on your project timeline, inventory availability, and Gemnote’s fulfillment queue.
Several factors can affect your fulfillment date, including:
- The agreed in-hands date for your order
- When all products arrive at Gemnote
- Receipt of required artwork, collateral, or inserts
- Receipt of the completed recipient template
- Current fulfillment schedule and warehouse capacity
If your order requires a recipient template, it should be completed and submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled fulfillment date.
If the recipient template is submitted late, incomplete, or requires revisions, fulfillment may need to be moved to the next available date in the fulfillment queue.
