Fulfillment dates are carefully prioritized based on several factors, including:
- The agreed-upon in-hands date established prior to order placement
- Receipt of required items like collateral artwork and recipient template required for fulfillment
- Delivery date of items to Gemnote
- Other projects within fulfillment schedule
At the time of order, the client will be provided with a recipient template that needs to be accurately filled out and submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled fulfillment date. This ensures that we have all the necessary details to process your order efficiently. If the template is not received by the deadline or requires revisions, the fulfillment will be automatically rescheduled to the next available date in our fulfillment queue.
Please note, Gemnote is not responsible for any delays in fulfillment or delivery that may result from late submissions or revisions to the recipient template. To avoid any disruptions, we highly recommend submitting all necessary information by the designated deadline, ensuring a smooth fulfillment process and timely delivery.
