Tracking availability and delivery method may vary depending on the order type.
Direct orders
For items shipping directly to you, your Gemnote team will share tracking links as they become available.
Drop ship orders
For drop ship orders, tracking is usually shared once kitting, split shipping, or fulfillment is complete.
Your Account Manager may provide tracking information by recipient, often in a tracking file or PDF, depending on the project.
Store & Ship orders
For Store & Ship orders placed through the platform, tracking is automated and sent once the order ships.
Please note that tracking notifications are typically sent to the person who placed the order, not necessarily the final recipient.
