Direct Orders
If items are shipping directly to you, we'll follow up with tracking links for items as we receive them.
Drop Ship Orders
Drop ship orders will ship from Gemnote. Once split shipping or kitting is completed, your CSM will follow up with tracking information per recipient in the form of a PDF.
Store & Ship Orders
Store and ship orders placed via the platform will have automated tracking information. Note that these notifications are only sent to the person who places the order and not the recipient.
Gemnote always sends tracking information regardless of the order type. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment(s) and know when to expect delivery.
