Gemnote helps manage the shipping process for your swag based on your project type, order details, and fulfillment needs.
Here’s what you can generally expect when Gemnote ships your swag.
Packaging
Gemnote uses standard packaging materials unless custom or branded packaging is purchased for your project.
Standard packaging may vary depending on the items being shipped, the project type, and the shipping method. Packaging may include mailers, boxes, crinkle paper, or Gemnote-branded tape.
If you would like branded packaging, such as custom boxes, custom tissue paper, or custom tape, please reach out to your Gemnote representative for available options, pricing, and timelines.
Gemnote is not required to provide photos of packed items or kits before shipping, but photos may be available upon request when feasible.
Tracking
Gemnote provides tracking information for shipments, including direct orders, drop ship orders, and store-and-ship orders.
Tracking availability and delivery method may vary depending on the order type and shipping method.
Drop shipping to multiple recipients
For projects shipping to multiple recipients, your Gemnote team will provide a recipient template after the order is placed.
The recipient template must be completed accurately and submitted by the required deadline, typically at least two weeks before the scheduled fulfillment date.
If the template is incomplete, inaccurate, submitted late, or requires revisions, fulfillment may be delayed until the next available fulfillment date.
Gemnote is not responsible for delays caused by missing, late, or inaccurate recipient information.
Sized apparel
For orders that include sized apparel, clients are responsible for ensuring the sizes listed in the order match those provided in the recipient template.
If the sizes do not match, additional items may need to be ordered. This may result in additional costs and a 2-3-week lead time.
Overruns
To help account for potential damage, quality control issues, or production needs, Gemnote may order extra units, also known as overruns, for certain projects.
Clients may have the option to purchase available overruns if desired.
Gemnote may also feature images of completed work on our website or social media after the items have been widely distributed.
