Packaging:
Gemnote uses standard packaging materials unless the client opts to purchase branded materials. The standard packaging may vary depending on the project. Gemnote is not obligated to send photos of items or kits for approval before shipping but can do so upon request.

Tracking:

Clients will receive tracking information for all shipments including direct, dropship, and store-and-ship orders.

Overruns:
To account for potential damage or quality control issues, Gemnote reserves the right to order extra units (overruns) for each project. Clients have the option to purchase these overruns if desired. Gemnote may also feature images of our work on our website and social media platforms after the items have been widely distributed.

Dropshipping to Multiple Recipients:

Recipient Template:
Clients will be provided with a recipient template upon placing an order. This template must be filled out accurately and submitted at least two weeks before the scheduled fulfillment date. If the template is not received by the deadline or requires revisions, fulfillment will be delayed until the next available date. Gemnote is not responsible for any delays in fulfillment or delivery due to missed deadlines.

Sized Apparel:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the sizes listed in their order match the sizes on the recipient template. If the sizes do not align, clients will be charged for additional items, which will constitute a new order and be subject to an additional 2–3 week lead time.
