Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet moved too far into processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.
For custom, decorated, or made-to-order projects, an accepted estimate serves as order confirmation. Once an estimate is accepted, production may begin, and cancellation may no longer be available.
For store or warehouse orders, cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed, labeled, shipped, or handed to the carrier.
If you need to cancel an order, contact Gemnote Support or your Gemnote account manager as soon as possible. Our team will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still available.
Cancellation is not guaranteed and may depend on the order type, production status, fulfillment status, and the timing of suppliers or carriers.
