Shipping must be processed through Gemnote’s carrier accounts. We have negotiated contracts with our carriers to help keep shipping rates competitive for our clients.
Why can’t I use my own shipping account?
Using Gemnote’s carrier accounts helps us manage shipment creation, tracking, billing, claims, and delivery support more consistently across orders.
How are shipping costs billed?
Shipping costs are billed based on the shipments sent through the Gemnote platform. If you have questions about shipping rates or billing, please reach out to your Gemnote representative or submit a support request.
