Common reasons shipments may be delayed
Shipment delays may happen because of:
- Carrier transit delays
- Weather or service disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Failed delivery attempt
- Tracking updates not refreshing right away
- Customs review for international shipments
- Local delivery conditions
- Possible lost package investigation
When to contact Gemnote
If the shipment appears stuck or lost, shows no movement for several business days, or is marked as delivered but not received, please submit a support request.
Include:
- Order number, if available
- Company or store name
- Tracking number
- Recipient name
- Shipping address
- A short description of the issue
- Any carrier notice you received
