How are monthly sends counted?

Monthly sends are counted based on orders sent through the Gemnote platform.

A send may include:

• One item sent to one location
• Multiple items sent together to one location
• One kit sent to one recipient

In general, each shipment to a recipient or location counts as one send under your subscription plan.

If you need more sends, you can purchase additional sends from the Billing section of your swag store.
