Can Gemnote deliver my custom merchandise by a firm event date?
For custom and branded merchandise projects, Gemnote will do its best to meet requested delivery dates, especially when you have a firm event or in-hands date. However, a firm delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery timing may depend on:
- Product availability
- Production timeline
- Order quantity
- Destination
- Carrier transit time
- Shipping cutoff times
- Available shipping services
Before placing a custom merchandise order
If you have a firm in-hands date, share it with your Gemnote team as early as possible.
Your team can review the products, quantity, destination, production timeline, and shipping options to determine whether the requested date is realistic.
After placing an order
If you've already placed your custom merchandise order and need it by a specific date, reply in this chat with your order details and requested delivery date as soon as possible.
Requests received after the daily shipping cutoff may need to be processed the next business day.
Gemnote may recommend standard or expedited shipping depending on the order timeline, destination, and fulfillment cutoff. Faster shipping may cost more than standard ground shipping.
Expedited shipping only speeds up carrier transit time once the order is ready to ship. It does not shorten production or fulfillment time.
