Gemnote will do its best to meet requested delivery dates, especially when there is a firm event date or in-hands date.
Delivery timing may depend on:
- Order status
- Product availability
- Production or fulfillment timeline
- Destination address
- Carrier transit time
- Shipping cutoff times
- Available shipping services
Before placing an order
If you have a firm in-hands date before placing an order, please share that date with your Gemnote team as early as possible.
Our team can review your products, quantity, destination, production timeline, and shipping options to confirm whether the requested delivery date is realistic.

After placing an order
If your order has already been placed and you need it delivered by a specific date, contact Gemnote Support or your account manager as soon as possible.
Requests received after the daily shipping cutoff may need to be processed the next business day.
To meet a firm in-hands date, Gemnote may use the shipping service needed based on the order timeline, destination, and fulfillment cutoff. This may be standard ground shipping or a faster shipping service.
Faster shipping services may result in higher shipping costs than standard ground shipping.
Expedited shipping only speeds up carrier transit time after the order is ready to ship. It does not shorten production or fulfillment time.
