How much is the rush fee?

A $100 rush fee applies to requests for:

• Same-day fulfillment
• Next-business-day fulfillment

The rush fee covers expedited processing and prioritization of your order.

What is the rush fulfillment cut-off time?

Rush requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM PST.

• Requests received before 12:00 PM PST may qualify for same-day or next-business-day fulfillment, depending on your requested timeline and order details.
• Requests received after 12:00 PM PST will be reviewed for the next available fulfillment window.

How do I request rush fulfillment?

2. Your requested fulfillment date and in-hands date
3. Your order details, if available.

Your Gemnote Account Manager will confirm whether your request can be accommodated and whether the $100 rush fee applies.
