Rush fulfillment availability
Rush fulfillment is available for qualifying orders that need to be processed on an expedited timeline.
Rush fulfillment fee:
A $100 rush fee applies to requests for:
- Same-day fulfillment
- Next-business-day fulfillment
The rush fee covers expedited processing and prioritization of your order.
Rush fulfillment cut-off time
Rush requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM PST.
- Requests received before 12:00 PM PST may qualify for same-day or next-business-day fulfillment, depending on your requested timeline and order details.
- Requests received after 12:00 PM PST will be reviewed for the next available fulfillment window.

Let us know that you need rush fulfillment.
Provide your requested fulfillment date.
Our team will confirm whether your request can be accommodated and whether the $100 rush fee applies.

- Rush fulfillment is subject to order eligibility and operational capacity.
- Additional services or shipping costs may still apply, depending on your order.
- Submitting a rush request does not guarantee expedited fulfillment until it has been confirmed by the Gemnote team.
