Can you provide an itemized invoice and a gift explanation letter for customs clearance?

For international shipments, customs or the carrier may request shipment documentation before the package can clear customs.

Gemnote can review whether a commercial invoice is available for your shipment.

The commercial invoice may include:

• Shipper information
• Recipient information
• Item descriptions
• Declared value
• Shipment purpose, such as gift, if applicable

If the shipment was sent as a gift, the commercial invoice should already include the gift status when applicable.

Gemnote does not provide a separate gift explanation letter.
