How does shipping work at Gemnote?

How your order ships depends on how you ordered. Gemnote has three ways to get products, and each one ships a little differently.

Ordering on Marketplace: Your order ships as a single shipment straight to the address you enter at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Custom & branded merch: Custom orders go through production before shipping, so the total time includes both production and transit. Gemnote’s standard production timeline is typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the product, customization method, proof approval, vendor capacity, quantity, and shipping destination. Your Gemnote project coordinator will keep you updated on timing as your order moves through production.

Your company's Swag Store: Swag Store orders are different from the other two: instead of one shipment to one address, each recipient places their own redemption and gets their items shipped individually to them. International shipping: For orders shipping outside the United States, customs documentation may be required.
