How does shipping work at Gemnote?

Your delivery timeline depends on which type of Gemnote order you're placing: Marketplace, custom and branded merchandise, or Company Swag Store.

• Marketplace: Most orders take 4–6 weeks from when you first get in touch. This includes design and proofing, 2–3 weeks of production after proof approval, and around 1 week for domestic shipping.
• Custom & branded merchandise: Most orders take 4–6 weeks from when you first get in touch. This includes design and proofing, 2–3 weeks of production after proof approval, and around 1 week for shipping.
• Company Swag Store: Allow 3 business days for fulfillment + 5–7 business days for shipping, or approximately 8–10 business days total. Orders are shipped individually to recipients after they place their orders.

For Marketplace and custom/branded merchandise, the biggest variable is how quickly the proof is approved, since production does not begin until the proof is approved.

For international orders, customs documentation, duties, taxes, or other import requirements may affect delivery.
