Whether you’re looking to send a thoughtful gift to an individual, ship curated kits to select groups, or manage large-scale bulk orders, the platform streamlines the entire process, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery.
- Individual Gifts: Perfect for personal touches, employee recognition, or client appreciation, this option allows you to send a single, customized gift to an individual recipient.
- Kits: If you’re looking to send multiple items packaged together—such as welcome kits for new employees, event swag bundles, or curated holiday gifts—the platform enables you to seamlessly organize and dispatch these kits to recipients.
- Bulk Orders: For larger campaigns or events where you need to send multiple items to one location.
Redemption Pages: This feature provides a streamlined way for you to manage and distribute swag to your recipients. You can set up a custom page where you decide which items from your inventory are available for redemption. This ensures that recipients only see and choose from the items you’ve selected for them.
After you create the page, a unique link is automatically generated. You can then share this link with your recipients, allowing them to easily access the page and make their selections. On the page, recipients can choose the items they want and enter their size and shipping address. This process makes it easy for them to receive the swag they prefer while ensuring that you collect all necessary information for accurate fulfillment.
Inventory Management: You can track your live inventory through your swag management platform. If an item is running low, you can request a restock, and your Account Manager will assist with the process. Additionally, your Account Manager will proactively reach out before you run out of stock to prevent any shipping delays.
Order Tracking: You can view real-time updates on the status of your swag orders, including when packages are shipped and delivered. Tracking numbers are provided via email to the user who placed the order of the shipment, allowing your team to monitor the exact location and estimated delivery time of their packages.
Reporting and Analytics:You can monitor the frequency of your sends to track platform usage and identify the most popular products in your store. Additionally, you can access e-commerce reporting and payouts, which can be exported for your internal use.
User management: The admin of the platform can add or remove users to have access to the platform. The admin will be able to limit user permissions.
Integrations: You'll be able to sync your contacts from your Salesforce account to ship to recipients, and you'll be able to link your account under platform settings.
