Receiving Gift Cards:
- Once purchased, the gift card is sent to the recipient via email. The email contains a unique code that can be used during checkout.

Using Gift Cards:
- To use a gift card, the recipient simply enters the unique code provided in the email at the checkout page. The gift card balance will be applied to the order total.
- If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the recipient can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
- If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases.

- Admins can check gift card balances through their platform on the e-commerce platform.
- Admins can track and manage gift card usage through the platform.
