Finalizing a redemption page means closing the page and sending the submitted orders for fulfillment processing.
Once a redemption page is finalized, recipients can no longer submit new redemptions through that page. The page is locked, and changes may no longer be available.
Because finalizing a redemption page is an important final step, we recommend reviewing all recipient details, product selections, shipping addresses, and campaign settings before finalizing.
What happens when a redemption page is finalized?
When a redemption page is finalized:
- Submitted orders are sent for fulfillment processing
- The redemption page is closed
- New redemptions can no longer be submitted
- The page is locked from further recipient activity
- Changes may be limited or unavailable after submission
Finalized pages generally cannot be reopened for additional redemptions, so please review carefully before taking this step.
How does auto-finalize work?
Auto-finalize controls when submitted redemptions are sent for fulfillment processing.
Auto-finalize on
When auto-finalize is turned on, each order is created and sent for fulfillment as soon as the recipient submits their information.
This option is helpful when you want redemptions to move into fulfillment automatically without manual review.
Please note that once an order is submitted for fulfillment, changes such as shipping address updates, size changes, or product selection edits may be limited or unavailable.
Auto-finalize off
When auto-finalize is turned off, submitted redemptions remain pending until an admin reviews and manually finalizes them.
This option gives admins more control before orders move into fulfillment. It can be helpful if you need to:
- Review recipient information
- Check shipping addresses
- Confirm product selections or sizes
- Batch orders together before fulfillment
- Make adjustments before final submission
Once the admin finalizes the page or selected orders, they are sent for fulfillment processing.
