Inventory is counted toward your warehousing plan based on the total quantity of items stored with Gemnote.
Items are counted by quantity, not by SKU type.
For example, 50 t-shirts count as 50 items, even if they are the same SKU.
What counts toward my warehousing limit?
The following items may count toward your warehousing limit:
- Items purchased through Gemnote
- Approved third-party or non-Gemnote items stored and shipped by Gemnote
- Custom box mailers
What does not count toward my warehousing limit?
The following items usually do not count toward your warehousing limit:
- Small items like pens, stickers, and cards
- Custom gum tape
- Tissue paper
- Other packaging materials
You can refer to your dashboard for a summary of total items warehoused and items remaining on your plan.
