Gemnote does not currently offer automated low inventory notifications through the platform.
However, your Gemnote team may monitor inventory levels and reach out when stock falls below a set threshold.
When inventory is running low, your Gemnote team can review:
- Current stock levels
- Items with low inventory
- Historical send activity
- Suggested restock quantities
- Product details and decoration needs
Restocking low inventory
If you decide to reorder items, your Gemnote team can prepare an estimate for review.
The estimate may include:
- Recommended quantity
- Per-unit cost
- Item details
- Decoration details
- Estimated production timeline
Once the estimate is approved, Gemnote will proceed with ordering the restock.
Restock production timelines are typically 10 to 14 business days, or about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the product and decoration requirements.
Once the new inventory is received and added to your platform, your Gemnote team will notify you.
