If your swag store reaches its send limit or inventory limit, new orders may be paused until the limit is reset or additional sends are added to your store.
This limit helps manage the number of orders or redemptions available within your current billing cycle or store setup.
What are my options?
If you reach your limit, you may be able to:
- Wait until the start of the next billing cycle, when your limit may reset
- Add additional sends to your store for the current billing cycle
- Contact your Gemnote account manager to review your store setup and available options
Additional send is priced at $10 per unit and must be added by your Gemnote account manager.
Need more sends?
Please contact your Gemnote account manager if you need to add more sends, reactivate your store, or review your current store limit.
