Changes to a shipping address, recipient name, or order details may be possible depending on the order status.
Once an order is already in production, fulfilled, labeled, shipped, or with the carrier, changes may be limited or no longer available.
What changes may be reviewed?
Gemnote may be able to review requests to update:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Phone number or email address
- Company name
- Item size or selection, if the order has not been processed
- Other order details, depending on the order type and status
Important notes
Address changes are not guaranteed. If a shipping label has already been created or the package has shipped, Gemnote may not be able to update the address before delivery.
Carrier address corrections, reshipments, returned packages, or other changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional fees.
For international shipments, changes may also be limited by customs documentation, carrier requirements, or destination country rules.
